The high bay distribution warehouse extension, at one of the UK’s largest and most advanced distribution centres, comprises piled foundations, steel framed structure, wall and roof cladding, three mezzanine floors, Mechanical, Electrical and Sprinkler Installations, Office Block facility at ground floor level and a conveyor link at high level with provisions for Link Bridges.

Externally, reconfiguration of the Recycling Centre car park and the formation of a lorry park within the central car park area.
